Yes we do. In fact our list our updated multiple times a year and they are included in our cost.
We wish we could say yes, but recent averages have been between 30% and 50%. But the GOOD NEWS is you only pay for the voice messages that were successfully placed. For example with most other companies if you send 100,000 voice messages and only 40,000 are successfully placed, you will still pay for 100,000 messages. Which means you are paying 250% per successfully completed voice message. Again, with our program if you order 100,000 voice messages and only 40,000 go through, you only pay for the 40,000.
Yes we do. Most companies charge as much as 20 cents per individual who selects to opt out. Can you imagine how expensive that could get? We include that in our pricing.
Yes that is one of our most popular options. When a voicemail message calls the number back our service will allow them to decide between different options you decide on. For example they can press 1, or 2, or 3, etc. To opt out of future voicemail messages from the sender (which is included) or to be transferred to representative, place an order, etc. These are optional but very powerful services.
All payment has to be upfront before we start programing any of your order. If there is less successful voicemails that you paid for the balance is refunded within 5 business days. Payments are via credit card or paypal.
Absolutely not. We can program our system to automatically resend your message to everyone of the available numbers that were not successfully completed. You are not charged for the extra service, you are only charged for the total number of successfully completed voicemail messages during your program.
Refunds are not available once your order has been placed and paid for.
